To ensure your satisfaction, damaged products will be returned or you will be compensated with a wallet credit including shipping. Used or opened products will not be returned for your safety.


You can also return hardware products provided they have not been used or opened and are in their original condition as received from Turkan Accessories Store.

When returning a damaged product, Turkan Luxury Establishment will bear all fees.

A: Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with this matter by sending you a ticket on the order form or through the customer service available on our website, provided that the returned product is in its original condition and packaging and has not been used, opened, or altered.

A: You can return the damaged product within 7 days of purchase.

A: At Turkan Luxury, we work hard to satisfy you. The return process may take up to 10 business days.


Q: In the return process, how can I get a refund?


A: The amount will be refunded after the damaged product arrives to us and its condition is verified. Then the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used.


If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the wallet or bank account, and if the payment was made on receipt, the refund will be a balance in the wallet.
